Leveraging on our extensive industry experience, skills of our seasoned worked force and varied latest technologies & machines, we are delivering a wide range of standard products. Our inherited passion is to serve our customers and effectively meet their various requirements through delivering them our cost-effective products. It is the result of our customer-oriented activities that our annual turnover has gone up to Rs. 5 crore.
We were incorporated at New Delhi under the auspices of Mr. Rajesh Mittal. with the objective to achieve full customer satisfaction. Apart from manufacturing, delivering and exporting of finished products, we are also dealing with a reputed stockist of various chemical & synthetic rubber products. To achieve optimal results of our diligence efforts, we have applied excellent management strategies in every sphere of our functional operations. These strategies and their rational execution enable us to perpetually serve our clients with high desires to achieve their utmost satisfaction.
With our extending business perimeter in terms of production capacity, we are trying to cater markets from abroad. Our monthly production capacity of various finished products has gone up to 500 metric tonnes and as per our future enhancement plan, further, we are trying to increase it.

We are famous in providing finest quality reclaim rubber. Reclaim rubber may not have properties comparable to virgin rubber. It still has tremendous opportunities in tyre and non-tyre rubber products. The properties of reclaim rubber are quite distinctive as it has certain favourable chemical properties and gives processing benefits to rubber compounds. Reclaimed rubber is made from crumb rubber.
The most common rubber reclaiming process is described as follows:
- Crumb rubber is mixed with oil, and chemicals which are expected to de-vulcanize the rubber.
- The mixture is heated under pressure.
- The resulting partially de-vulcanized rubber may be formed into slabs or bales and shipped to manufacturers who process and vulcanize the material with virgin rubber or plastic resin.
